Why Biking is Such a Great Hobby
I used to know a group of friends who were bikers. They were some sort of a biking gang (not in a negative sense though) that would gather once per week to hit the road. Even though I haven’t seen any of them for a while, I am wondering how they are doing. Are they still so passionate about their biking adventures as they used to be? Are they still looking forward to every Sunday afternoon knowing that they are up for some biking trips? I heard somewhere a saying that goes something like that: once biker, forever biker. It seems that the saying might be more true than I thought.
Every biker wants to be able to brag about his precious vehicle. He wants to be able to show it off a little here and there. Some bikers also like to trade motorcycles to get their hands on a used, but great performing bike.
I believe that the idea of trading road bikes is a splendid idea. After all, you can get your hands on some very affordable bikes and get them at a fraction of their original price. In other words, you can get a bike that looks good and nobody even has to know that it has been previously used unless you tell it somebody. A bike is a bike. It doesn’t matter if it is new or used.
